Please be assured that during these exceptional times that staff at Middlesbrough College are still on hand to help you with your work and studies.

 

In order to help us help you quickly, please try and follow this advice when seeking assistance:

 

  • Please send all IT issues and software faults to helpdesk@mbro.ac.uk - Staff can also still report issues via Footprints if working via the VDI.
     

  • If you need help with using Canvas or Office 365 then please contact inspire@mbro.ac.uk.
     

  • If you have specific questions around study or require subject help with your college work please contact your tutor or lecturer in the first instance. This can be done via Canvas if you are able.
     

  • Please use your college email address if at all possible as this helps with validating your identity, and also does not risk going into our email quarantine system which may cause a delay with your message getting through.
     

  • Please include your student/staff number and a contact telephone if you require a call back.

 

Don’t worry if you are not sure who to contact. We can all forward messages to the appropriate team if necessary.
